SENEGAL cut off access to TikTok. Reason/appearance: "threat to state stability.
China's cyberspace regulator proposes mandatory "minor mode" for smartphones/devices. Restrictions on the use of smartphones by children. Hourly restrictions, prohibition of use from 22:00-6:00; breaks after 30m of using a smartphone. Use limits per day (2 hours for 16-18 years old, 8-16 years old is 1 hour per day). Also: "Information service providers should actively carry out the construction of minor content. Produce, copy, release, and disseminate to promote socialist core values, advanced socialist culture, revolutionary culture, and excellent traditional Chinese culture..."
Cure for cancer. So it was reported? 2023 keeps on delivery.
