TechLetters #141 - Philosophy of Cybersecurity. OpenAI GDPR complaint.
My book Philosophy of Cybersecurity tackles a broad domain from systems cybersecurity, user's aspects, healthcare, critical infrastructure security, to policy and politics matters, international law, and cyberwarfare.
Carefully written, with examples, scenarios.
It was a lot of careful work, requiring knowledge and experience. I put all that in the book. Enjoy, happy readings!
Releases in September, available for preorder on Routledge/CRC (20% discount with AFL03) and Amazon already.
Security
Reportedly, China's cyber operators hacked Japan's cybersecurity agency. Japan’s National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity. They were inside for 9 months, with access to sensitive data. This looks very bad.
Privacy
My complaint on OpenAI’s Chat GPT. GDPR aspects filled with a data protection authority. Also of note, Readings about LLM, without hype, FUD, fear, '“doomsday scenarios”’, etc. Finally.
