Using bluetooth relay attack to open a car while the owner's smartphone is far away. Interesting: “We were able to unlock and start the car with the authorized smartphone being at a distance of 69 m and 67 m, respectively. Consequently, we circumvented the Bluetooth-based RF proximity verification, highlighting yet another attack vector to compromise keyless entry systems”
FBI warns the agricultural sector. Specifically, from cyberattacks (ransomware) "during critical planting and harvest seasons", with the potential to disrupt, causing financial loss, and impacting the food supply chain. Serious problem. Some grain cooperatives were already impacted.
Privacy
Belgian data protection authority issues a GDPR fine on Brussels airport. 100,000 EUR, for temperature checks (Covid19-related), without a proper legal basis. Decision.
Google/YouTube/etc will have a new cookie banner in Europe. It will support "reject all" option. To support EU regulations GDPR/ePrivacy.
